Education and Experience Requirements 教育和经验要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computing, automation, electronic，software engineering or related field .
本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、通信工程、软件、等相关专业。
2. At least 3 years working experience in automation related equipment PC software development, solid foundation of algorithm, with independent software development ability.
3年以上自动化相关设备上位机软件开发工作经验，算法基础扎实，具有独立的软件开发能力。
3. Experience in production test equipment, industrial equipment control, electrical automation is preferred.
有生产测试设备、工业设备控制、电气自动化经验者优先考虑。
4. Embedded software development experience is a plus.
具备嵌入式软件开发经验更佳。
Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Responsible for the demand analysis of the software of the test system, design, development, debugging and the compilation of related documentation.
负责测试系统上位机软件的需求分析，设计、开发、调试以及相关说明文档的编写工作。
2. Responsible for solving the technical problems encountered in the use of test system and continuous improvement.
负责解决测试系统在使用过程中所遇到技术问题及持续改进。
3. Responsible for joint debugging software and hardware and part of the on-site support work.
负责软件与硬件的联调工作及部分现场支持工作。
4. Responsible for the analysis of test data, and give out reasonable comments and suggestions based on the analysis results.
负责测试数据的分析工作，并根据分析结果提出合理的意见和建议。
5. Keep learning on techniques used in the job and optimize design.
持续学习并将所学技术应用到工作，优化测试台的设计。
6. Be charge of test bench’s parameters adjustment, which must be based on R&D’s confirmation, to keep the related record.
负责测试台参数的调整，必须是基于研发相关负责人的确认，并做好相应的记录。
7. Maintain communication with European and US software teams to ensure development synchronization.
保持与欧洲和美国软件团队的沟通确保开发同步。
8. Others jobs assignned by the leader.
领导指派的其它工作。
Skill Requirements 技能要求
1. Proficient in C/C++ and C# programming language, proficient in Visual Studio for C# development. Have good programming habits.
精通C/C++和C#编程语言，熟练地使用Visual Studio进行C#开发。具有良好的编程习惯。
2. Master the principle and use of at least one database such as MySql, SQL SERVER and Oracle.
至少掌握MySql、SQL SERVER、Oracle等一种数据库的原理和使用。
3. Familiar with serial port, USB, TCP/IP, Modbus and other industrial communication, Ethernet communication, skilled use of various communication protocols.
熟悉串口、USB、TCP/IP、Modbus等工业通讯、以太网通讯，熟练使用各种通信协议。
4. Have the ability of design and requirement analysis, have some knowledge of hardware circuit, able to read schematics.
具备设计和需求分析能力、有一定硬件电路知识，能够看懂原理图。
5. Innovation awareness, fast learning, analyze and solve problems ability.
具备创新意识，快速学习以及分析和解决问题能力。
6. Good team work and co-operation spirit, good cross-department communication and coordination skills.
良好的团队协作精神和跨部门的沟通协调能力。
7. Be skilled with Microsoft office software.
能熟练运用常用的微软办公软件。
8. Good English reading and wirting skills, speaking is prefered.
