Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Communication, Mechanical Engineering etc.
本科及以上学历，电子，通信，机械等相关专业
6 years working experience on QA&QC management, this job will focus on supplier quality and product process quality management. Request more than 4 years supplier quality management working experience, preferred in foreign company
6年以上质量保证和质量控制相关工作经验，本岗位侧重供应商质量及产品制程质量管理工作。要求做供应商质量管理的工作经验不少于4年，最好是在外企
Responsibilities 工作职责
Overall in charge of QC team management, including but not limited to:
全面负责质量控制团队的管理，包括但不限于：
Responsible for subordinate of QC team performance management. Drive continuous improvements
负责质量控制团队下属的绩效管理。推动持续改善
Responsible for supplier quality management, drive supplier problem rectification and overall performance improvement. Make and implement regular supplier audit plan with visit reports
负责供应商质量管理，推动供应商的问题整改以及整体绩效的提升。制定与执行定期的供应商审核计划，并准备相应的审核报告
Establish quality control target, timely analyze quality control data and monitor target achievement
确立质量管控目标，及时对质量管控数据进行分析并监控目标达成
Lead the team to make and optimize IQC, IPQC and OQC’s inspection standards and processes to ensure that we meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 quality management system and the requirements from customer audit
领导团队制定和完善来料，制程和成品的检验标准和流程，确保过程质量满足ISO9001 :2015质量管理体系要求以及客户审核对我司质量管理方面的要求
Responsible for traceability, disposal and scrap management of non-conforming products
负责不合格品的溯源，处置以及报废管理
Actively participate and assist customer complaint handling and quality problem analysis
积极参与并协助客户投诉处理以及相关质量问题分析
Provide support to product quality review and process control review in NPD process
参与支持新产品开发过程的产品质量评审和过程控制评审
Skill Requirements 技能要求
Rich knowledge of electronic product manufacturing and quality management
丰富的电子产品制造及质量管理知识
Have the ability of supplier management and audit, preferably familiar with electronic material control standards, such as PCBA, etc
具备供应商管理和稽查能力，最好熟悉电子料的管控标准，如PCBA等
Familiar with ISO9001:2015 quality management system
熟悉ISO9001 :2015质量管理体系
Proficient in five quality management tools, seven techniques, 8D report, etc
熟练使用质量管理五大工具，七大手法，8D报告等
Good English at reading, writing and speaking.
英语听、说、读、写流利
Well organized and prone to work within a team
良好的团队合作并具有良好的组织能力
Expertise in usual office software : Word, Excel,PPT ect.
日常办公软件精通：Word 文档、Excel表格, PPT幻灯片等等
