Education and Experience Requirements 教育和经验要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computing, automation, electronic, telecommunication or related field.
本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、通信工程等相关专业。
2. At least 3 years working experience in hardware design and embedded programming, with independent analog/digital design and C language embedded programming ability.
3年以上硬件电路设计和嵌入式编程工作经验，具有独立的数字和模拟电路设计以及C语言嵌入式编程能力。
3. Experience in test equipment design. Experience in electronic product production test equipment design is preferred.
具有测试设备设计经验。有生产测试设备设计经验者优先考虑。
Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Responsible for test system requirements analysis, test strategy define, technical proposal evaluation and the compilation of related documentation.
负责测试系统的需求分析，测试策略的制定，技术方案的评估及相关说明文档的编写工作。
2. Work with R&D engineers on testability design.
与研发工程师合作进行可测试性设计。
3. Responsible for the design, embedded programming, fabrication and debugging of test system hardware.
负责测试系统硬件电路的设计、嵌入式编程、制作和调试。
4. Responsible for solving technical problems encountered in the use of the test system and continuous improvement. Cooperate with other departments to solve product quality problems.
负责解决测试系统在使用过程中所遇到技术问题及持续改进。与其他部门合作解决产品的质量问题。
5. Responsible for joint debugging software and hardware and part of the on-site support work.
负责软件与硬件的联调工作及部分现场支持工作。
6. Keep learning on techniques used in the job and optimize test system design.
持续学习并将所学技术应用到工作，优化测试台的设计。
7. Be charge of test bench’s parameters adjustment together with software engineer, which must be based on R&D’s confirmation, to keep the related record.
与软件工程师一起负责测试台参数的定义和调整，必须是基于研发相关负责人的确认，并做好相应的记录。
8. Maintain communication with European and US industrial hareward teams to ensure development synchronization.
保持与欧洲和美国的工业化部硬件团队的沟通确保开发同步。
9. Others jobs assignned by the leader.
领导指派的其它工作。
Skill Requirements 技能要求
1. At least 3 years working experience in hardware design and embedded programming, with independent analog/digital design and C language embedded programming ability.
3年以上硬件电路设计和嵌入式编程工作经验，具有独立的数字和模拟电路设计以及C语言嵌入式编程能力。
2. Familiar with the production process of electronic products, experience in sensor technology such as infrared, laser scanning and microwave is preferred.
熟悉电子产品的生产流程，具有红外、激光扫描和微波等传感器技术经验更佳。
3. Proficient in the application of oscilloscopes, multimeters and other test equipment.
能够熟练地应用示波器、万用表等测试设备。
4. Innovation awareness, fast learning, analyze and solve problems ability.
具备创新意识，快速学习以及分析和解决问题能力。
5. Good team work and co-operation spirit, good cross-department communication and coordination skills. Team or project management experience is a plus.
良好的团队协作精神和跨部门的沟通协调能力。有团队或项目管理经验更佳。
6. Be skilled with Microsoft office software.
能熟练运用常用的微软办公软件。
7. Good English reading and wirting skills, speaking is prefered.
良好的英语读写能力,能说英语优先。
