The LZR®-VISIOSCAN AC is a compact and rugged 2D laser scanner engineered for reliable object detection, area monitoring, and anti-collision of AGV/AMRs and automatic forklifts. Built to perform in challenging industrial settings, it uses the LASER time-of-flight technology to identify the presence of objects or people within the user defined field and triggers instant responses through its configurable I/O outputs.

    The LZR®-VISIOSCAN AC boasts exceptional low-reflectivity object detection, capable of reliably identifying objects with just ​​2% reflectivity at up to 7 meters and 10% at up to 15 meters​​. This capability ensures highly reliable identification of low-reflectivity obstacles, such as black rubber tires and dark pallets, in complex industrial environments, fundamentally enhancing the operational safety of AGVs and AMRs.

  • 16 x 3 flexible fields

    The LZR®-VISIOSCAN AC offers 16 independent sets of field triplets, providing configuration flexibility for complex detection scenarios. Each field set allows you to define three independent detection fields assigned to configurable outputs.

  • Multiple configurable outputs

    The scanner provides detection output signals or window contamination alerts through its ​​4 configurable hardware I/O interfaces​​. It can be quickly configured and diagnosed via an intuitive PC-based configuration software, significantly streamlining the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes.。

    An integrated object filter allows the device to ignore small or irrelevant objects, enhancing detection robustness and reducing false triggers in dynamic industrial settings.
