Distance measuring laser scanner for Automatic Forklift & AMR navigation
The LZR®-VISIOSCAN NAV is a compact and reliable 2D laser scanner for accurate navigation of automatic forklifts and AMRs, designed and built to work under harsh industrial conditions.
Based on the LASER time-of-flight technology, the scanner scans over the opening angle of 275°, outputting high precision distance measurement data at an angular resolution of up to 0.025° through Ethernet communication, unaffected by environmental disturbances.
Configurable angular resolution of up to 0.025° for a precise mapping of the surroundings, or a scanning frequency of up to 80 Hz for fast and real-time tracking of fast-moving objects.
High quality mapping is ensured by stable and accurate measurement data thanks to its sytematic error of ± 10mm and statistical error of ≤ 6mm.
Class leading ability to detect targets of 1.8% reflectivity at 7m and targets of 10% reflectivity at 15m. Amplitude data is available to pinpoint reflectors for docking and precise positioning.
Stable performance is reached even in harsh industrial environments is ensured by the scanner’s wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +60°C, ingress protection enclosure of IP67, and vibration and shock resistance reaching class 5M2.
